COVID- 19 Updates

Due to the stay in place order for Stoddard County, we wanted to give you an update on how the order will affect our operations.

SALES: Our sales staff will still be on hand to help you. However, we are encouraging people to go through the sales process via appointment as our showroom is closed. Give us a call at (573) 624-7476 or visit budshellford.com to schedule. Remember, we are offering to deliver remote test drives, paperwork, etc. through our Bud Shell Ford Advantage program. You can test drive and purchase a vehicle all without coming to the dealership. We are offering virtual walkaround videos as well. Let us know your vehicle of interest and we’ll film a personalized video of the vehicle and send it to you. It’s a great way to learn if a vehicle is right for you without having to leave your home.

SERVICE: Our service department will remain open Monday through Saturday for any repair or maintenance work you need. We’re just asking that you take advantage of our free pickup and delivery service. Just let us know when and where, we’ll come pick your vehicle up for service and deliver it back to you when the job is complete. If you do not want to use pickup and delivery, you can simply drop your vehicle off at the dealership.

Our internal policies for cleanliness, steering wheel covers for customer vehicles, etc. are still in full effect. We thank you for your business as we do everything we can to take precautions during this time.
